Arizona’s Competitive U.S. House Races Head Into Election Day
PN Team • 1 day ago
Control of several Arizona U.S. House seats remains unsettled heading into Nov. 3, with national party groups spending heavily on the most competitive contests. Arizona's 1st District, pitting Democrat Amish Shah against Republican Jay Feely in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, and the 6th District, where Republican incumbent Juan Ciscomani faces Democrat JoAnna Mendoza around Tucson, are rated toss-ups. Arizona's 2nd District, a largely rural, Republican-leaning seat where Rep. Eli Crane faces Democrat Jonathan Nez, is also drawing unusually high spending. Other districts, including seats held by Reps. Ansari, Stanton, Grijalva, Hamadeh, and Gosar, feature less competitive but still contested races. Certified results may take days or weeks after polls close.
