Family values

Ahead of Election Day, Colorado Springs voters cited varied priorities shaping their choices. One voter pointed to concerns about democracy and whether officials listen to constituents. Another emphasized family values alongside economic stability. A third voter, who recently relocated to Colorado, described ongoing job-search struggles for his wife and son despite finding his own employment, and said he hopes for less political division and more cooperation from elected leaders. El Paso County voters had until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3 to return ballots via drop box or in-person voting.
